We had a wonderful time traveling in the travel van.. the perfect size to navigate the small streets in Spanish and Portuguese historic towns. Wifi worked perfect in Spain, but not in Portugal. When we needed a question or concern answered the response was quick by text, and once a direct call, just not after hours or weekends. There was an emergency number available but fortunately we never needed that on our trip. We did upgrade more comfortable foldable lawm chairs, coffee maker and frying pan and donated them to the travel van. All in all we had a fantastic trip and recommend Auto Caravan Express Exoress if you want to travel Europe in a unique way.
