We only rent motorhomes with the maximum guarantee, reliability and comfort of Hymer-Carado brands. We are one of the few companies in Europe that can offer «one-way» reliable. We have staff who speak several languages ​​(English, French, German, Dutch). Only renting in Autocaravan Express will have a wonderful experience.

Autocaravan Express prices fluctuate depending on the season, rental time and equipment. If you send us an email with the dates and the number of people who are going to travel, we will gladly send you a detailed quote. If you formalize the reservation with more than 6 months you can benefit from our best prices. If you subscribe to our newsletters or like our Facebook page, you will be permanently informed of all our promotions.

Our website shows all the models and sizes of motorhomes we rent. All of them can be seen in the "Campervan hire" section. You can get in contact with us and we will advise you according to your needs.

We have several delivery / collection points, both in Spain and in the rest of Europe. However, for deliveries / returns outside Madrid, Barcelona or Malaga we request a minimum rental of 12 days within peninsular Spain and 15 days for the rest of Europe, except for free 7-day "one-way" offers throughout Europe on specific dates and models. Our office hours are: from 10 a.m. to 14 p.m. and from 16 p.m. to 19:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 14 p.m. Saturday afternoon and Sunday: closed. Deliveries or returns: one hour before closing. August: Saturdays closed. There is the possibility of out-of-hours deliveries with a supplement of 95 euros.

To formalize the reservation you will have to pay 35% of the total amount. You can do it at our offices (in cash, credit or debit card) by bank transfer or by filling out the reservation form on our website. The day of departure you will have to pay the rest of the rent plus the deposit (DEPOSIT only by CREDIT CARD) in Visa, Mastercard, Maestro card or in cash, as long as the total amount of the rental and the deposit of 700 euros is not equal to or greater than 1.000 euros or its equivalent in foreign currency, for residents in Spain. However, the aforementioned amount will be 10.000 euros or its equivalent in foreign currency when the client is a natural person who can justify that they do not have their tax domicile in Spain (Law 11/2021 of July 9, on prevention measures and the fight against tax fraud).

For your peace of mind while traveling, Autocaravan Express includes the coverage required by law in automobile insurance. The insurance is fully comprehensive with a franchise of 700 euros. Insurance details are contained in the corresponding clauses of the rental agreement.

The mileage is unlimited for a minimum of 7 days, for a weekend the mileage is limited to 800 km. The excess will be charged at 0,35 euros / kilometer.

At the time of departure you will have to deposit 700 euros by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).

The rental days are calculated for 24 hours, that is, if the motorhome is picked up at 11 am, it must be returned before 11 am on the day of return. Surcharges will be applied for the subsequent return of the deadline.

The customer agrees to return the motorhome in the same condition in which it was received (excluding normal wear and tear). There is a charge of up to 150 euros that will be charged if the interior of the vehicle has not been cleaned. Equipment damage or loss will be paid by the lessee. The wastewater tanks must be emptied before the return of the vehicle or be subject to an additional overturned charge of up to 150 euros.

You can make collections and returns on different bases. The "one way" are subject to the availability of the moment and have an additional cost, except for special offers.

Diesel consumption depends on the size of the motorhome, weight and driving conditions. Generally, consumption is between 9 l / 100 km. (case of model A1) up to 13 l / 100 km (case of model Carado A-461). Consumption, both diesel and gas, are at the customer's expense.

All our motorhomes can be driven with a class "B" driving license or equivalent for vehicles up to 3.500 KG. The license with which you drive a car is enough to drive it.

The collection and return times are from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. and from 16:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m. Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. Saturdays in August: Closed.

The early, total or partial cancellation of the rental days are not refundable.

Returns after the return time have a cost of 25 euros per hour started.

There is no problem, as long as the new reservation is possible due to the availability at that time, and must be requested by email.

In case of cancellation, after notifying Autocaravan Express, SA, you must pay, if the withdrawal occurs more than 30 days before the start of the rental, 35% of the total. Between 15 and 30 days from the start of the rental, 50% of the total. Up to 15 days before the start of the rental, 80% of the total. Failure to present the day and time of departure will mean the loss of 100% of the total.

No, you must indicate your bedding, bathroom and kitchenware needs at the time of booking, taking into account that the aforementioned extras have an additional cost. The kitchenware kit (frying pan, pot, saucepan, glasses, plates, knives, forks, spoons, teaspoons, etc.) has a cost of 42 euros / rental. The kit of bed and bath linen (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, etc.) has a cost of 24 euros / person.

No, you can rent it at a cost of 70 euros / rental.

Pets, mainly dogs and cats are welcome in our motorhomes. Always under the responsibility of the client.

Action campervans can sleep 2/3 people. In Family motorhomes can sleep 3/4/5 people. In the Comfort motorhomes they can sleep up to a maximum of 6 people. Exclusive motorhomes can sleep up to a maximum of 7 people. Autocaravan Express wants you to have a safe and pleasant experience. Part of that experience is getting the right vehicle to meet your needs. We realize that our customers use our vehicles for many purposes. Some examples: as a comfortable means of transportation not sleeping on them; as a comfortable means of transportation sleeping on them; as spare bedrooms; for use at special event venues; like mobile offices. No, it is recommended never to drink / cook from the water in the motorhome tank. Sanitary uses only (shower, cleaning, etc.). The clean water tank is often filled with service stations whose water is not drinkable.
